New Amazon Prime arrangement brings FIFA embarrassment to TV

Argentine movie chief Armando Bo models for representation during a meeting with Reuters, in Buenos Aires, Argentina June 3, 2020.

Another Amazon Prime Video arrangement beginning this week called "El Presidente" throws a humorous gander at South American football's filthy dealings through the eyes of expired previous Argentine football manager Julio Grondona.

Grondona was an overwhelming figure who was known as "the Godfather" and managed Argentine football for over three decades.

He kicked the bucket in 2014 and the eight-section arrangement, planned to stream on Amazon's video administration from Friday, has Grondona after death describing anecdotes about football's messy arrangements.

"I think that it is overly intriguing to envision Don Julio recounting to the story from the opposite side," Armando Bo, the arrangement's designer, chief, and official maker, told Reuters. "Since he tells it in a casual manner, having lived it and with nothing to lose."

"It's one of these situations where the reality is bizarre, to say the least so I was somewhat compelled to make it a parody, parody," said Bo, who won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for "Birdman" in 2015.

The Argentine-Chilean co-creation is based around the genuine ascent and fall of Sergio Jadue, who shot to unmistakable quality as the leader of the Chilean football relationship in 2011.

Chile won the Copa America under his administration however Jadue turned into a witness in the defilement outrage encompassing the game's overseeing body FIFA and confessed to racketeering trick and wire extortion scheme.

He was prohibited for life by the FIFA morals panel in 2015.

The arrangement is shot in a few urban communities in Latin America, Europe, and the United States and stars Karla Souza ("How to Get Away with Murder"), Andres Parra ("Pablo Escobar: The Drug Lord"), Paulina Gaitan ("Narcos"), and highlights Luis Margani as Grondona.
